Our Cranberry Habanero Cheddar was designed with the holidays in mind.  The cranberries add a tart flavor, the habaneros a spicy kick and the combination of the two is a mouthwatering sensation.  We used all-natural dried cranberries, habanero peppers and powder to create this festive, elegant cheese.  Our Cranberry Habanero is not only tasty, but a colorful masterpiece blasted with cranberries and habanero peppers.  This semi-hard cheese is made from pasteurized cow’s milk and handcrafted into 40-pound blocks.
