CRAFT BEER CHEDDAR MUSHROOM SOUP
Craft Beer cheddar mushroom soup

6 oz. Fiscalini Craft Beer Cheddar
4 tablespoons salted butter
3 cups mixed mushrooms of choice
2 cups yellow onion
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken stock
1 ½ cups heavy cream
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot cook the onions, garlic and mushrooms with butter over medium heat until both are tender. Add black pepper and stir.
- Add the flour and mix well while scraping the pan.
- Add the chicken stock and simmer.
- Gradually add the cream and whisk together.
- Slowly simmer soup and shred Fiscalini Craft Beer cheddar into soup.
- Serve w/ crusty bread
