We are a fully integrated Farmstead operation, using only the milk from our cows to craft our cheeses on premise in Modesto, CA. Our Farmhouse Cheddar is a classic. This semi-hard cheese is natural in color and has a delicate,
mild buttery flavor.
OLD WORLD AGED CHEDDAR - 5LB.
Old World Aged Cheddar is made in the traditional English Style. Firm yet crumbly and has a nutty, slightly smoky, earthy taste.

SAN JOAQUIN GOLD - 5LB.
An American Original Italian style cheese created by our cheesemaker. It is a semi-hard cheese with a natural thin rind and tawny buttery color.
Awards: Two-time Gold medal winner at the World Cheese Awards in London, England. Gold medal winner at the America Cheese Society.
We take our Farmhouse Cheddar and cut into 6oz. pieces before soaking it in a locally
produced California red wine overnight.
