24 slices cocktail sourdough bread
2 cups shredded Fiscalini San Joaquin Gold cheese
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp. Lunds and Byerly’s Garlic Salt
¼ cup sliced green onions
4 drops hot pepper sauce
Freshly ground pepper to taste



1. Preheat oven to 400⁰F.

2. Place bread slices on baking sheet; bake 5-8 minutes or until lightly toasted. (May be made up to 2 days ahead, cooled, and stored in plastic bag.)

3. In mixing bowl combine cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt, green onions, pepper sauce and pepper. Spread mixture on toasted bread and bake 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
