1 Large baked potato
1 teaspoon butter
¼ cup Fiscalini’s Horsefeathers Spread



1. Cut top off baked potato and scoop out inside.

2. Mix butter and Horsefeathers in small bowl.

3. Refill potato skin and baked 12 minutes at 325, until top begins to brown.
