KIELBASA AND CRAFT BEER CHEESE DIP
For Game Day...or any day, this rich and warm cheese dip will fill you with joy during each and every score from your team.
RECIPE
2 TBSP butter
1 pre cooked Kielbasa sausage
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 TBSP flour
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of beer (we used an Oktoberfest)
1 6oz piece of Fiscalini Craft Beer Cheddar, shredded
1.5 cups of half and half
Melt butter in pan then add flour to make a roux. Constantly stir until you get a glue like consistency. Slowly add in half and half and stir until thickened, about 6-7 minutes. Add in beer, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and then finally the cheese. Stir until all cheese is melted and you get a silky texture.
Grill or sauté sausage and then slice to serve with beer cheese dip.
