CALIFORNIA PIZZA

Ingredients

Pizza crust of your choice

1 cup Lionza, grated

2 tablespoons honey

Red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup green leaf lettuce

½ avocado, sliced

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Drizzle honey evenly on the pizza crust.
3. Next, sprinkle Lionza cheese on top of the honey.
4. Add sliced red onion to pizza and place in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
5. Once crust is crispy and browned on the edges remove from oven.
6. Garish pizza with green leaf lettuce and avocado.
